Terms and Conditions
1.Web Design – One-Time Service
Payments
To begin the project, I’ll first design and build the homepage of your website. Once it’s approved, I require a 50% deposit of the total project cost to proceed with the rest of the site.
The remaining balance, along with any additional services requested, will be due upon project completion.
Ownership of the website will be fully transferred to you once the final payment has been received.
Please note: While I retain ownership of the website until it is paid in full, you are legally responsible for the content and any use of the site during the development process
Service Cancellation
If you choose to cancel the project during the website development process, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to that point.
For example, if 5 pages of a 20-page site have been completed at the time of cancellation, you will be charged accordingly for the cost of a 5-page site.
Termination
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate any services at my sole discretion, without prior notice, if there is a failure to comply with the agreed terms or if outstanding fees remain unpaid.
In such cases, access to your website and any related services may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
2. Monthly Subscription Plan Terms
Payments
All Pay-Monthly plans require a minimum commitment of 12 months. The first payment is due once the homepage of your website has been completed.
I reserve the right to adjust the monthly pricing after the initial 12-month term. Pricing may also be revised during the contract period if the scale or complexity of the website significantly changes.
Full ownership of the website is transferred to you after 12 months of continuous payment.
Until that point, I retain ownership of the site; however, you are legally responsible for its content and any activity associated with it.
Service Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing one month’s notice.

During the initial 12-month contract:
If you cancel within the initial 12-month period, the remaining balance for the full contract term must be paid in full. The website will be taken offline, and the files and databases cannot be transferred to another hosting provider. -
After 12 months but before 24 months:
You may cancel at any time without further payments. However, the website will be taken offline, and you will not be entitled to the website files or databases for transfer to another hosting provider. -
After 24 months:
You may cancel without further payments. The website will be taken offline, but you will have the option to migrate your website elsewhere. Website files and databases can be provided upon request.
If you request access to website files or databases before completing 24 months of payment, the outstanding balance for the full 24-month term must be paid in full before the transfer can take place.
Termination
Failure to comply with the terms and conditions, or failure to pay any outstanding fees, may result in the suspension or termination of your website and related services.
I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any of my services at my sole discretion and without prior notice.
In the event of termination, I retain the right to permanently delete all files, data, and information associated with the terminated services.
3. Hosting & Maintenance Plan Terms
Payments
Hosting and maintenance plans must be paid in advance on a monthly.
Please note that refunds are not available if you choose to cancel your plan before the end of the prepaid period.
I reserve the right to adjust the monthly pricing for hosting and maintenance services at any time. If a price increase occurs during your prepaid term, you may be required to pay a one-time additional fee to reflect the new rate.
If you choose not to accept a price increase the service plan will be terminated by the end of the month term.
Service Cancellation
You may cancel your hosting and maintenance subscription at any time by providing one month’s notice.
Please note that refunds are not available for any unused time remaining in your prepaid plan if you choose to cancel before the end of the billing period.
Upon cancellation, you are free to migrate your website to a new hosting provider. All necessary files and databases can be provided upon request to facilitate a smooth transition.
Development Time
Under applicable plans, you are entitled to one hour of complimentary development time per month. Any additional development work beyond this allowance will be billed at my standard hourly rate.
Unused development time does not roll over to subsequent months and must be used within the month it is allocated. Using development time from previous or future months is not permitted.
4. Digital Advertising
Payments
You are responsible for covering the total advertisement spend, plus my service fee, which is 30% of the ad spend.
A minimum campaign ad spend of £500 (excluding the service fee) applies.
Payments can be made on a monthly or quarterly basis.
I reserve the right to adjust my service fees at any time.
Service Cancellation
You may cancel your advertising campaign at any time. However, if your total ad spend has not yet reached the minimum £500 requirement, you will be responsible for paying the full service charge based on the £500 minimum.
For example, if you have spent £200 on ads and paid a £60 service charge, canceling the campaign would require an additional payment of £90 to cover the remaining service charge on the minimum spend.
Termination
Failure to comply with the terms and conditions or to settle outstanding fees may result in suspension or termination of your advertising campaign and related services.
